By using the Meesho Optimizer extension, you agree to these terms:

1. Digital Service Access

Access is provided on a subscription basis. We do not provide any physical goods.

2. Prohibited Usage

You may not use our tool to manipulate marketplace data in a way that violates marketplace policies. Our tool is for optimization purposes only.

3. Marketplace Infrastructure Changes

The Meesho Optimizer relies on the existing technical architecture of the Meesho platform. If Meesho changes their infrastructure, backend logic, or seller panel interface, we are not responsible for any temporary or permanent loss of tool functionality. We will endeavor to update our tool, but compatibility is not guaranteed.

4. Account Safety & Deactivation

Users utilize the Meesho Optimizer at their own risk. We are not responsible for any seller account deactivation, suspension, or penalties imposed by Meesho. Our service provides digital optimization suggestions, and compliance with all marketplace rules remains the sole responsibility of the seller.

5. Service Guarantee

We provide the tool "as is". While we aim for maximum efficiency, we are not responsible for marketplace-side changes that might affect shipping costs or listing performance.
